ALC Lawyers PC was formed as a multi-disciplinary firm with a focus on Civil Litigation (including Personal Injury and Family Law), International Law, Mediation, and Business/Corporate Law.
It continues the mission of the firm founded by Managing Attorney, Sermid D. Al-Sarraf in 1997 with a commitment to excellence and personal attention to our clients. We call this Concierge Legal Services.
In 2009, Mr. Al-Sarraf launched an international commercial legal practice in Baghdad, Iraq representing major multi-national corporations operating in the Middle East. Over the years, we have expanded our practice areas to include Real Estate Law, Transnational Litigation, and Property Restitution.
